Hello and Happy New Year!
I am extremely honored and excited to share this special space with you all. My name is Kimberly and I am a Board Certified Mental Health Registered Nurse. and Aesthetic Injector. I am thrilled to finally open my doors and provide you with education, resources, and holistic wellness and beauty solutions to meet your unique and individualized wellness and aesthetic goals. I wear several different hats, but of greatest honor and importance to me is my divine assignment as a mother. Trinity Wellness and Beauty was birthed and named after my one and only beloved daughter Trinity. She is the love of my life and affectionately known as my mini-me. God blessed me with the most beautiful gift as a daughter who has been the driving force and motivation propelling my educational, professional and entrepreneurial endeavors.
As a nurse I've always had a driven passion for health and wellness but ultimately my goal has always been to make a difference and positive impact in the lives of others. I've spent the majority of my nursing career in the Mental Health speciality and am currently continuing my education as a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner student. I'm extremely passionate about this specialty and wholeheartedly believe that there is no health without mental health. While there have been positive strides in bringing more mental health awareness to the forefront, I don't feel that it receives the attention it deserves. As a change agent in this community, my intentions are to continue to normalize and decrease the stigma around mental health. Prioritizing our physical wellness is great, however, our emotional and mental well-being is just as important to prioritize.
As a nurse educator and expert in this field of study, I have curated this mental health and wellness community to contribute my clinical expertise and knowledge with the intention of creating more dialogue around emotional wellness and self-care and preservation. Additionally, I will contribute topics aligned to aesthetic medicine and beauty. My intention is for this blog to be a safe space to share a variety of helpful tips, resources and educational material that can benefit and be of immediate value to you. Trinity Wellness and Beauty's foundation is rooted in radical self care of the mind, body and spirit. With this in mind, my hope is that you use and put into action the things that resonate most within you.
With the new year, comes new intentions and goals. I'm beyond excited to help you start 2023 off in a healthier state of mind through holistic wellness and am committed to helping you live more harmoniously. Trinity Wellness and Beauty is my fulfillment of intention. As you journey along with me, I will share more of myself, what led me here, and the self-care practices that have helped me evolve in mind, body and spirit.
